Returns & Exchanges Policy

A BATHING APE® accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original BAPE® dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all signature hangtags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse verifies the condition of the goods, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
